LIFETIME BREAKAGE WARRANTY

Zurich International proudly offers the following, unsurpassed Breakage Warranty:

Zurich sunglasses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defects will be replaced without charge for the product. The lifetime, “ACCIDENTAL” BREAKAGE warranty applies to lenses and temples, not to any other Zurich products.

Abuses, scratches, normal wear and tear are not warranted, and not considered a “defect”. The customer pays for the shipping/handling.

NOTE: IF there is a true coating defect, it will show up in the first month of use, because the coating did not adhere properly to the lenses. After 2 months time, it cannot be considered a coating defect! Thus, improper cleaning and/or exposure to certain chemical agents have broken down the coatings, or bonding agents. Skin creams, suntan lotions, sunscreen applications, etc., and window cleaners are common culprits, and will break down even the strongest coatings.

REPLACEMENTS due to accidents, improper care, or negligence, where Zurich is not at fault, may be made at a reasonable charge.

CLEAN & CARE

Any fine optical product demands proper care and cleaning. ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR LENSES WITH SOFT COTTON CLOTHS. USE MILD LIQUID SOAP AND COOL WATER. When boating on salt water, use a product called “Rain-X” to sheet off water. DIRT can accumulate inside the sunglass case and scratch the lenses. We suggest turning the case inside-out to hand wash with mild soap and water occasionally.

NEVER use ANY PAPER PRODUCTS, SUNSCREEN, AMMONIA, WINDOW CLEANERS or unapproved chemicals on your Zurich lenses.

TEMPLE ADJUSTMENTS
DO NOT USE HEAT to adjust!

To tighten temples: Simply bend or bow the temples inwards toward the head.
To loosen temples: Simply bend temples outwards away from the head.

Temples can be replaced or removed by doing a “reverse” bend (outwardly) away from the lenses, until the temples “snaps” out.

To replace the temples, put the bottom “peg” into the bottom hole of the glasses. Once you have it aligned, then slide or snap the top peg into the top hole.
